Refund policy
Each Ella Rae piece is custom made to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to take your time when selecting styles, sizes, and gemstones to ensure your piece is just right.
In the rare case of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace your item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your piece is faulty, and include your order number and photographs so we can assist promptly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on engraved, customised, or resized items unless faulty.
