Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Express Post once your piece has been completed. As each item is custom made, production times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

While we aim to ensure your piece reaches you as quickly as possible, delivery times are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Ella Rae is not responsible for delays once your order has been lodged with the postal service.
